My name is Jarrett Gucci and I am the owner here at WP Fix It.
December of every year that we have been in business since 2009 has always been the slowest sales month.
Knowing this ahead of time, we as a company always make plans to revisit and enhance our marketing efforts.
This past December we decided to do something that we never did in previous years and I would like to tell you all about it.
I went on the hunt for a website sales consultant that could take a real-world approach to examining and providing actionable feedback for us to implement on our website to increase future conversions turning website visitors into paid customers.
I had only two things I wanted this website sales coaching consultant to have:
- Resume of offline sales and online e-commerce sales experience
- Does not use software to examine any part of the a website
We hired a woman named Rea in the early portion of December 2021 and within a few days we were presented with her eye opening findings on many sales opportunities throughout our website that basically was losing customer conversions and leaving money on the table.
The best part of this whole process was that the report did not come through as something overwhelming and even better was that I got to get on a live call with Rea to walk through the report step by step.
Now let’s fast forward into March 2022 which is 3 months after my team implemented the changes that were presented to us through this sales coaching.
I was so pleased to see the astonishing results of a 17% conversion increase. Our goal was only 7%.
