For any monthly or annual subscription that is canceled, all included support will cease immediately on the date of cancellation. While we understand the desire for flexibility, it’s important to note that significant operational work is involved in setting up and maintaining your subscription. This includes system configuration, resource allocation, and support readiness to ensure you receive the highest level of service from the moment your subscription begins.
These operational tasks require time, effort, and cost on our end, which are incurred regardless of how long you choose to utilize the subscription. For this reason, refunds are not available for subscription services. We encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs and review our service offerings before subscribing to ensure they align with your expectations.

We take great pride in standing behind our services, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that challenges may occasionally arise. If we are unable to resolve your issue—specifically issues related to repair rather than custom development—and have exhausted all efforts, we will issue a full refund as a resolution.
If you choose to cancel your support request before we have had the opportunity to assess and determine whether we can resolve the issue, or if the necessary access required to proceed is not provided, a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued. This is to help cover operational costs incurred when processing and initiating your request, including any work that may have already been completed by our agents.
Alternatively, we offer the option to receive a full refund in the form of store credit, which does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
Refunds requests are reviewed only within 30 days or less from the original purchase date. This above policy does not apply to monthly/semiannual/annual service plans, hourly support, special offers, service credit or infection insurance.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional hosting services and want our customers to feel confident in choosing us. Like many hosting providers, we offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee for new hosting customers.
If you find that our services do not meet your expectations within this 30-day period, you are welcome to request a full refund. After this period, however, refunds will no longer be eligible. This generous time frame allows you a full month to evaluate the quality of our speed, support, and security.
Please note that the money-back guarantee applies only to the first monthly payment for new hosting customers and does not extend to subsequent payments.
Refunds are processed minus website migration cost which is $57/site.
