Yes. Our service requires $39 per task regardless of how long it takes to complete. We receive tickets that can be resolved in minutes and also some that take several hours based on the complexity.

Is there anything that costs more than $39?

Yes. The only support tasks we offer that cost more than $39 are WordPress Infection Malware/Virus Removal and our WordPress Speed Up Service. These two services are extremely detailed and can not be completed for only $39.
